Privacy Policy

Last updated: 27 August 2026

This policy covers the website vigorath.pages.dev and the internal publishing tool that Clearpoint Studios uses to manage its own YouTube channel Vigorath.

The website

This site is a static page. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no third-party trackers and has no accounts, forms or comment fields. Nothing you do here is recorded beyond the standard server request logs of the hosting provider (Cloudflare), which are used to serve the page and guard against abuse.

The publishing tool and Google account access

Clearpoint Studios operates a private, internal tool that uploads finished videos to its own YouTube channel and reads that channel's own performance figures. The tool is not distributed, not offered to other people and has no users other than the channel operator.

When the operator connects that tool, it requests access to their own Google account with these scopes:

The access token stays on the operator's own machine. It is never transmitted to a third party, never sold, never shared, and is used for nothing except the actions listed above. No data from any other Google service is requested or accessed. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Data from viewers

Viewer data on YouTube itself is held by Google under its own policy. Clearpoint Studios sees only the aggregated channel statistics that YouTube Studio shows to any channel owner, such as view counts, watch time and country totals. It cannot identify individual viewers and does not try to.

Children

The channel and this site are aimed at adults. No content is directed at children under 13, and no data is knowingly collected from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page with a new date.
